Since my first banner attempt is a spoiler, here’s an alternative. This time, it’s the sketchbook-style flashback of Challia Bull’s past.
Done!
Talk shit:
Get hit:
@wjs018 this was a cool episode, I am pleasantly surprised that Amuro doesn’t seem to be relevant here. I thought they might try to shove him in but I don’t think there’s time for that. I am glad the show is still mostly focused on the new characters.
More thoughts:
- what would happen if the two Lalahs meet? would that cause some kind of zeknova or are they just like psychic twins?
- who or what is Shuji, Shirouzu and their connection to the Red Gundam and Char?
- will Garma win by doing nothing? he and Kycilia are the last Zabis left and Kycilia is probably going to get bazooka’d again…
- Nyaan will probably be mad at whoever kills Kycilia…
- the flashback scene with Challia Bull was cool. someone/something has been interfering with this world for a while now…
- if Machu and/or Nyaan kill each other or otherwise die and then it cuts to the ending of them singing and dancing I will laugh really hard… I’d like to think there will be a happy ending but who knows…I am pleasantly surprised that Amuro doesn’t seem to be relevant here
There was some drama last year with Amuro’s voice actor; something to do with sexual misconduct. It’s possible they’re deliberately avoiding using him for that reason. I hope we get a cameo in the background or something at some point though, just because I think many of us are curious to know what he’s up to in this timeline. I think the best time for that would probably be at the very end of the show, post-climax.
will Garma win by doing nothing?
It hadn’t occurred to me, but I guess there’s no reason he couldn’t get into politics once his insane siblings are out of the picture. I don’t think he would though; presumably he’s happily married at this point and has a family to worry about (not that such a thing stopped a certain other character).
if Machu and/or Nyaan kill each other or otherwise die and then it cuts to the ending of them singing and dancing I will laugh really hard
That would be hilarious.
what would happen if the two Lalahs meet? would that cause some kind of zeknova or are they just like psychic twins?
My understanding is that in this show, the multiverse is real; Zeknova is a phenomenon that warps spacetime and can “move” stuff between universes.
Regarding the two Lalahs meeting: I don’t recall any significant scifi concept that prevents multiversal selves from meeting. I only know of the time travelling one where they tend to avoid interacting with their past selves to avoid paradoxes or something. So I suspect nothing significant would happen if they meet.
I am going to defer to @Endmaker@ani.social’s judgement that this is a spoiler and not use it. I am a couple episodes behind at this point, so I can’t really say myself. :)
Feel free to let me know if you change it out or use a new image.
This one feels a bit ambiguous tbh. There’s a bit of a reveal (IMO), but at the same time not really.
Other community members can weigh in too - perhaps by upvoting the nomination post if the scene doesn’t feel like a spoiler to you?
Feels like a spoiler to me.
