I do find there are a lot of great shows out recently too but I’m not sure if that’s recency bias and / or if they’ll stand the test of time. Many of them (e.g. Chernobyl) definitely will though.

I’m going to get absolutely skinned alive here and tossed in a vat of salt after but - Star Trek - DS9.

Huge Star Trek fan but I tried twice and failed to get into DS9. People who love it whose opinions I generally value keep telling me it’s amazing but I just found it too slow. Got about half way through season 2 before giving up.
