10 days agoLol, literally watching this with the wife now (rewatch for me, her first)
Brotherhood is based pretty directly on the manga, so it takes a whiiiiile for the plot to start actually getting it’s ass going, were nearing the end of P2 and it’s still quite uneventful, but if you can get into it there’s a lot of interesting stuff
I can 100% see how the cliff notes version of where he was taking the books would have turned into the shows ending because as we now know the show runners were crap at their jobs
At the current point in the books it’s fully believable that the shows end is coming, that just wasn’t the case for the show itself lol
