1 day agoThe courts have no mechanism to enforce their decisions except the executive, so there’s no check on the executive misbehaving if Congress decided to not remove him from office for ignoring the courts, and since Congress is complicit nothing will be done unless some radicalized shooter aims slightly more to the left next time.
