I know ‘canceled’ is the American spelling but it looks weird to me without the second L.
I’m here for entertainment and to engage with opinions, views and perspectives different than my own to grow myself. I don’t care if you downvote but if you don’t engage me I can’t learn from it so I may block you as I’ll take it that you don’t want to see my content.

Exactly! My drives are all sitting at about 40°C but they’ll get up to 50°C at the hottest.
I run a fan because I have it in a wall mounted case but when I had it on a shelf it wasn’t actively cooled and never got higher than it does now.
It is in our basement though and it’s only ever gotten to 27°C down there a few times and that was without A/C.
Old age, in and of itself, doesn’t kill any living thing. There’s always a system failure eventually. Seems like in cats that’s commonly kidneys or thyroid.
The show is telling a story. Revealing the purpose of MDR propels the story. I don’t know what the plan is for the next season but I, personally, am interested to see the ethical debate about innies being “people”. Maybe that will be a plot point in the future.
I thought the purpose of MDR was
to perfect the severing so that anybody (who can afford it, I’d guess) can have their “innie” go through all the negative/bad experience stuff and you don’t have to suffer through it.
Imagine how much a company could make selling you the ability to dissociate and compartmentalize all the things you don’t like or that you have a negative response to.
Don’t like the dentist, send your innie. Don’t like flying, have your innie to the flying bit, then for you it’s like you stepped on and then right back off the plane. The possibilities are endless.
Both “canceled” and “cancelled” are correct spellings, but they are used in different regions. “Canceled” is the preferred spelling in American English, while “cancelled” is preferred in British English.
For whatever reason, even though I’m American, canceled just looks wrong to me.
