Timestalker (2024)
You might think that getting reincarnated and living in a few different centuries would help a woman learn from previous mistakes and make better decisions in life, but maybe it’s not that simple. It’s a fun concept and I’ll be looking for more Alice Lowe in the future. 3/5

Universal Language (2025)
If you enjoy absurd humor, this might be for you. It’s a thoroughly weird movie with beautiful, memorable shots and some hilarious lines and situations, but also made with some affection for its characters. I feel like this one is going to stick with me for a while. 4/5

Easily my favorite black and white Persian language vampire western. I can feel how much the filmmaker loves David Lynch and films in general, and I love that about it.
