I mean I guess they’ve gotta say it. Gotta make a case.

But they need a pledge drive like their lives depend on it, cause they do.

someone mentioned NPR gave too much support for right wingers, so theres less support for NPR than PBS.

I’ve recently heard this myself. I’ll keep an ear out for more. I watched a clip of the NPR CEO on The Daily Show, just the other day. Maybe it was a cozy interview, but she seemed to defend NPR.

Well. I guess now no one can say that freedom of press exists in the US anymore. During the Assange persecution people could still say that that was for revealing state secrets but this is unjustifiable.

Oh, man, I’m gonna go to hell for this, but… Reap what you sow, motherfuckers. You played both sides in 2016 and sane washed his entire first term. Not just public broadcasting, of course, but if anyone was ever going to stand up for the people it should have been the media outlet funded BY THE PEOPLE. From the moment he got the nomination you should have treated it like the shitshow it was. Instead here we are over the fascism cliff, Thelma and Louise style. And it is your fault as much as anyone.

i think MSM did more damage than NPR, they had him on blast 24/7 for the whole 2024, and basically marginalized bidens/harris campaign the whole way through.

remember the temporary distraction from luigi, the msm were freaking out,

As long as the politicians care more for their careers than the country or the public, this is what you get. End career politicians now. Term limits across the board.
