Common in Silo. It feels like he wandered in off the street and gets prompted for every line. Modern wardrobe and affect in a post-apocalyptic setting. Completely flat and out of tune with the world. Up against Tim Robbins and Iain Glen, it’s just more glaring.

I really have enjoyed the show so far but oh my gosh you are so right. He completely breaks immersion every time he’s in a scene.
